Quality Manager/supervisor

Quality Strategy planning & management
- Reinforce & maintain quality strategy.
- Mastering the technical specifications of the product
- Drive Quality cost savings within operations
- Evaluate analyze and find out the solution for troubles in order to improve quality control works and satisfy customers.
- Working directly with customer for any issue relate to product’s quality
- Establish a training plan for Quality systems & methods and ensure training is conducted with relevant personnel
- Lead the QA team and proactively influence the overall organization to maintain the Quality focus
Auditing
- Audits preparation and accomplish internal audit
- Plan organize and conduct employee training on Quality topics
- Ensure quality standards in the production applying regular product and process audits
Quality tools:
- Conduct root cause analysis in cooperation with the production e.g. 5-Why questions
- Implement countermeasures and ensure FMEA update
- React fast and appropriate to customer complaints e.g. 8D report communication to customer
– 5 core tools (PFMEA SPC MSA APQP PPAP )
- 8D report PPK PPM
- Introduce new quality tools if needed
- Satisfy customer requirement ("SPC" "CPK";– process efficiency)

Yêu cầu công việc

Internal audit certificate
Good in Written & Verbal English is preferred.
Experience of process audit by customer in automobile manufacture company especially have experiences in ISO/IATF.
Using CMM roughness shape tester
Experience of building quality system.
Minimum 05 years QA managing experience.
University degree qualification– Ideally Mechanical Engineering - Fabrication / Installation Automobiles – Motorcycles.
