Quality Specialist (Apparel/Garment)

Be responsible for company audits in regards of QA/QC department.
Pro-actively manage Quality Assurance team on quality-related matters to ensure all products meet specifications and meet quality standards.
Identify factory quality set up, technical support, and product capability & production capacity.
Supervise and ensure production is scheduled as planned and analyze the performance of factories. Provide complete scorecard information & data.
Communicate proactively and effectively with Tech Team, QA, souring and production teams.
Ensure the team to provide factories with technical support, guidelines and procedures to improve quality, production efficiency and/or reduce manufacturing costs.
Monitor and set up proper control reporting/tracking system for all the samples.
Coordinate with Tech Team on quality & sewing construction related matters to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.
Ensure all factory follow company&039;s production procedure and other rules and regulations.
Provide guide and support to team members on daily operations to ensure efficiency and procedures are followed.

Fluent English.
Computer skills required (MS Office: Word, Excel).
Good sense of responsibilities and ethics.
5+ years of working experience in the same position at garment/textile factory.
Experience in denim/jeans is highly preferred.
Can work in pressure working environment.
