Objective of job:
• Support in assuring the quality of products and work processes for one DRX internal component group
• Assure all QM/ QS-relevant functions in the plant regarding System, Analysis, FMEA, control plan, test equipment management, documentation
System, Analysis:
• Recognize and document QM system/process deviations (e.g. missing employee orientation plans, etc.) within the unit; implement appropriate measures
• Identify potential cost savings
• Participate in regular meetings with internal customers
• Obtain all relevant instructions from internal customer
• Obtain/ order and view testing/inspection plans and drawing documentation, including internal customer and
supplier specifications
• Coordinate complex tests/inspections
• Develop and plan complex tests to analyze defects
• Assure checking the interactions of several component groups for functional reliability
• Assure the creation of evaluations, the documentation of results, the recognition of deviations and the
development of suggestions in cooperation with the internal customer
• Plan and conduct training within the quality/ production area
• Coordinate the creation of documentation, taking into account internal customer-specific guidelines
• Create extensive, complex series reports according to internal customer requirements
• Develop alternative methods for quality assurance/testing
FMEA/ Control plan:
• Creation, maintenance and further development of process FMEA and control plan, removing the moderation
PMM/ Test equipment management, documentation:
• Coordinating and ensuring the test equipment management, recording, maintenance, calibration (intern/ extern) of the test equipment including all prescribed documentation.
General:
• In case, a site extension all tasks as mentioned above are also to be fulfilled at this separate location, as applicable.

• Core tools knowledge: e.g APQP, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP/PPF),
• Technical college or college degree and up to 2 years professional experience in Quality management/ knowledge and skills gained in another manner
• Communication and organization skills
• English (good spoken and written level)
• 8D methodology / complaints, Q7-Tools, SPC, requalification, special characteristics
• See technical knowledge / education
• IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 experience or other quality management systems
• IT knowledge, esp. office programs (above average level)
