Manage QMS Documentation and changes with respective PIC and provide training and review of implementation effectiveness.
Plan, coordinate and present quality system training and new employee quality system orientation training.
Monitors and tracks the implementation of corrective actions/preventive action as result of internal and external audits and report progress to management on routine basis.
Manage and lead VDA 6.3, CQI audits for all Automotive customer.
Assist chairing the Management Review presentations meeting and QMS improvement meeting
Manage Quality Management System conforms to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 regulation Standard and IBS (Interplex Business System) requirement.
Manages the system for implementing changes to Quality System procedures based on the implementation of Departmental SOP and Corporate Policy change.Supports and coordinates, internal, and external regulatory agency audit activities as assigned.
Overall in charge of Automotive activities improvement and liase direct with customer. Provide training to all related person in charge.
Assists with the implementation of Automotive Quality System Improvements and CSR requirements.
Create and maintain Quality System files and database to ensure information is accessible and accurate.
Update document in Customer portal, providing routine status report and update on current QMS activities to management on routine basis?
Assists/perform other non-routine duties as assigned by QA Manager.
SOP Document Controllers to ensure that changes to procedures are adequately identified to ensure affected procedures and forms accurately reflect there presented process and are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Flexibility in term of working hours.
Good problem solving skills and analytical skill i.e good skill in 7QC tools, 8D methodology, 5-why analysis, SPC and LEAN 6-Sigma etc... Green or Black belt qualification is added advantage.
3 years experiences in QMS, QA, SQE, Process or Product Engineer in Automotive Industry is preferreable.
University Degree, Engineering or Industry Engineering background is preferred.
Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese is needed.
Knowledge of Automotive industry audit standards like 5 Core Tool is a must. CQI and VDA6.3 is preferred.
Experience to manage document control centre (DCC).
Good knowledge in auditing skill for QMS (ISO9001/IATF 16949) EMS (ISO 14001) and must be a Qualified Internal Auditor experience.
Strong interpersonal skill with external customer and internal teams. Must be able to work with multi culture and multi levels people.
Experience in metal stamping and related secondary processes ( such as welding, Heuger, plating, powder coating) industry will be preferred.
Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
