Quality System Supervisor

- Other business tasks delegated by the Quality Manager
- Develop training material and implement QMS orientation training for new comers.
- Issue Corrective action request, support/ do analyzing the root case and collect evidence of corrective actions for internal audit findings.
- Monitor, implement and maintain the activities related to Quality Management System in the company
- Build and update documents, procedures, manual…for compliance with HACCP/BRCGS/IFS/MSC standards, customer requirements, exported market & local regulation, and give recommend for continuous improvements as applicable.
- Implement a process/on-the-floor compliance audit to effectively verify CAPA of complaints and drive quality improvement.
- Maintain hygiene condition for factory, especially processing area
- Plan and participate re-certificate, surveillance audits following HACCP/BRCGS/IFS/MSC standards.
- Be in charge for new product registration to government
- Make document to register for export product to authority, involve the process of health certificate with 3rd party (SGS, Vinacontrol…) or authority (Nafiquad)
- Participate supplier audit in the beginning/ frequency
- Take responsibility for HACCP leader in building, maintaining HACCP plan for Salmon, Tuna product exported to US, Japan…
- Provide documents, records related to Quality Management System used for customer’s audit, visit.
- Plan and lead Internal audit related to HACCP/BRCGS/IFS/MSC and submit the reports
- Able to instruct, motivate and evaluate of subordinates
- Process compliance audit for quality centerline and SOP compliance - Weekly and monthly implemented the report, as well as analyze for opportunities for improvement

- Have good communication skills, as well as reciprocal goodwill
- Capable of working in groups.
- At least three years of experience at the same level in the seafood/FMCG industry is required.
- Graduated from food/chemical university
- Good command of both the local and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Be accountable for your work and able to work under pressure.
- HACCP certificate, GFSI related certificate
- Management and organization skills.
- Spirit that is agile, enthusiastic, honest, and progressive.
