[Quận 1] Digital Marketing Manager

In order to expand our ad optimization team, Digital Marketing Viet Nam Corporation is looking for a manager of Digital Marketing Specialists that has a deep knowledge and experience about ad optimization and love to create an unique and powerful team together with a Japanese top management.

- Being responsible for optimizing ad performance of our important clients with other team members.

- Being responsible for training and educating members of ad optimization team

- Continuously catching up latest updates of ad technology and techniques and sharing them with other members of ad optimization

- Being able to for achieving the team’s goal given from top management team

- Support sales and planning team to capture new clients and maintain a relationship with existing clients

- Support hiring of new members for ad optimization team

- Regularly report a condition of the team and discuss with top management team

- Over 4 year experience in optimizing online advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads

- Being able to solve complex issues related to ad optimization and achieve high growth in ad performance

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Business Level English (all skills)

- Great communication skills and teamwork spirit

- Driven and Proactive personality

- Highly interested in start-up environment (love to create new thing such as service, team, environment etc..)

■ Working time：Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00

■Salary: 1500-2500USD

Once employee have passed probation and signed labor contract, the employee will have other benefits as follows:
