[Quận 1] Manual QA Engineer

Liaise with development and product teams to understand products and processes
Follow best practices and processes established by the team
Identify opportunities for improvement and help others identify opportunities for improvement by providing clear and constructive feedback
Participate in team meetings and quality assurance walk-throughs according to the GeoGuard PDLC guidance
Record defects found and assign priority to defects according to the GeoGuard QA guidance
Assist QA Project Lead with effort estimates
Create and maintain test cases, checklists and test suites based on product requirements and test plans
Perform manual functional and regression testing of GeoGuard products according to test cases and checklists

- Automation testing experience is an asset
- Experience with bug tracking systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents such as software requirements and design specifications, as well as standards and regulations
- Intermediate written and spoken technical English, enough to discuss issues with teams remotely
- Strong technical skills (comfortable with Android, iOS, MacOS and Windows)
- 5+ years’ of experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of manual testing principles
- Knowledge of theory and best practices of software testing is an asset
