- To oversee, manage and deal with any incidents or disputes as required.
- Compile security incident reports, maintain required records, statistics and files.
- To maximize the Department’s resources to ensure all work priorities, under normal and excessive workload conditions, are met.
- Other duties as required by Security Management.
- Assists with the strategic direction and goals of the Security department.
- Oversee safeguarding of assets transported in and around the complex.
- Assure optimum and high levels of guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
- Designate and assign manpower levels for all the Security positions and functional areas.
- Actively assist, support and co-operate with the Surveillance operation as required.
- Maintain a strong relationship with local law enforcement and peers at other resorts for enhanced communication and cooperation.
- To check all written work generated on shift on a daily basis to ensure a satisfactory level and standard of reporting.

- Security experience is priority.
- College degree and above.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc - Vietnamese only.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Professional communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Required to work shifts day/night & public holidays.
- Has supervise or management experience in hospitality/ customer service field.
