Quản Lý Chất Lượng (QA Manager)

• Create and promote a culture of quality by ensuring that employees are aware of quality requirements and are responsible for managing their own quality standards through training and best practices.


• Develop, implement and monitor a quality assurance program to reduce the number of defects and improve levels of quality that drive customer experience.


• Develop and review statistical data from production lines to identify quality problems and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate the problem.


• Analyze records of product returns to identify specific problems or trends over time.


• Determine course of action on orders with quality issues.


• Hire, train, supervise and provide performance feedback to inspectors who carry out the detailed assessment of products at different stages of production.


• Provide documented quality standards as guidelines for inspector’s day-to-day work.


• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.


• Required language(s): English, Vietnamese


• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.


• Full-Time position(s) available.


• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in materials science, process or production engineering or other relevant degree preferred.


• At least two (2) years of experience in garment Manufacturing Management.


• Supervisory and employee development experience highly preferred.


• Ability to understand multifaceted written and oral instructions.


• Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions in verbal and written format, both internally and externally.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, be highly motivated to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision.


• Ability to exercise good judgment with strong attention to detail.


• Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills and establish and maintain effective working relationship across all levels of Grandstand.


• Ability to use a computer proficiently to document information, create reports, track budgets, and communicate internally and externally.
