Quản lý dự án/Project Manager

Main tasks & Responsibilities

-Searching & market survey for new location

-Coordinate with related departments for analyzing on potential projects

-Coordinate with Board of Management & related department to unify on the construction plan of the project

-Control & Manage on the steps of project investment as followings:

•Prepare bidding plan, bidding documents, evaluate contractors’ profile & result of bidding to get approval from Board of Management.

•Coordinate with related department to prepare necessary documents for signing contract with contractor.

•Checking on project’s design, estimated cost of project construction after get approval from Board of Management.

•Checking the volume & to do list from contractors.

•Supervise the quality & progress of project until get handover from contractors

•Handle & propose solutions to arising issues of project

•Coordinate with accounting department on follow up the payment to contractor according to the contract or minutes of acceptance.

•To Check & finalize the arising cost of project (if any)

•To assist Board of Management to handle & solving all the arising issues related to Company’s operation

•Suppliers sourcing for new projects as well as operation are required.

•Understanding off operational requests to communicate directly with suppliers.

•Other assigned task by Boar of Management

•Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt

•Sữ dụng thành thạo các ứng dụng văn phòng

Good English communication

Word, Excel and Microsoft Project.

Bằng cấp/ Qualifications

Bằng Cử nhân chuyên ngành liên quan

Bachelor degree in related field

Kinh nghiệm/ Experience

3 - 4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương

3 – 4 years of working experience of equivalent position
