•Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
•Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
•Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
•Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
•Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers.
•Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
•Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports. Make sure that good handling of cash is properly followed. Deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services.
•Review and communicate financial information to assist in proactive and timely decision making.
•Manage monthly stock-takes and review results and variances with relevant departments ensuring that in house control systems/ audit requirements are adhered to.
•Prepare schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times
•Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
Responsible for the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
•Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
•Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the restaurant
•Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff
•Provide direction to shift leaders, and staff to achieve restaurant goals
•Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
•Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis
•Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
•Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, excellent service and cleanliness
•Conduct staff and daily pre-shift meetings
•Complete the season to the specifications outlined in your Employment Contract
•Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards.
•To provide an excellent level of customer service all the time
•Assist in new menu implementation
•Be responsible staff hygiene, grooming and uniform
•Be responsible the maintenance of the whole restaurant
•Monitor and maintain the POS System
•Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement
