STRATEGY MANAGEMENT & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
• Strategically grow brand interest among parents and sports community via social media and email marketing.
• Grow and learn the total sports Ecosystem via specific projects with XLE group.
• Lead and coach a dynamic team for the deliverables of in house creative development, content creation and media planning/execution mainly based in HCMC and with 1-2 subordinates in Hanoi
• Come up with a full year strategic plan to realize the board&039;s business target. Translate business targets into measurable marketing targets.
• Lead product improvement and innovation to make sure that we will always give our best to our customers in terms of both services and training quality.
PERFORMANCE MARKETING - Nationwide scope (including Hanoi and HCMC)
• Report on market analysis and research on customer trends and market movement.
• Work closely with Business development team on strategic partnership accounts.
• Report on marketing investment and marketing activity effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams (Customer development (B2C), Business development (B2B) and Operation) to ensure our monthly target is met.
• Generate leads, monitor conversion rate and optimise media execution on a daily basis for B2C business

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 4 years experience in marketing, preferably with hands-on experience on brand management, performance marketing, content marketing and lead generation.
• High willingness to learn and improve.
• Passion for sports or education is a plus
• Proven leadership ability (both work and outside work count)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
