Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Kỹ Sư Bóc Tách Khối Lượng (Không Yêu Cầu Kinh Nghiệm, Có Tính Lương Tăng Ca)

- To ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
- To manage the costs on a construction project and
- To make cost estimation for a construction projects / buildings / works,
Depending on certain staff level and period time, the detailed description shall be elaborated by the Department’s Manager.
*Working time:
- Lunch time : 12:00 noon to 01:00 p.m.
- 8hrs/day
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
- Even Saturdays of the month: 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

***Job Requirement:
- Experiences are not quired.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related
- Proficient English.
*Benefit:
- Salary: Gross monthly salary: 8.5-11M VND
The gross salary is exclusive of overtime, night working shift, inclusive of personal income tax, health insurance premium, social insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium (if any) borne by the employee in accordance with the current law and regulations.
*Other Allowance
- Business trip allowance: Following company’s regulations.
- Site Travel Allowance: VND 1,000/km (Vietnamese Dong One Thousand/km) for the distance from home to site and vice versa when working at site and travelling by own vehicle. In case transport arranged by company, this term shall not be applicable.
- Transport and working facilities: Self-accommodated from home to office and vice versa.
- Mobile phone allowance: Maximum VND 500,000/month (Vietnamese Dong Five Hundred Thousand/month) if working at site. However, the Mobile Phone Allowance shall be paid based on the actual monthly charge statement but not exceeding VND 500,000/month. In case of working at site for less than full month, the employee can take mobile phone allowance in proportion with the number of days working at site.
- Site Lunch Allowance: VND 30,000/day (Vietnamese Dong Thirty Thousand/day) if working at site full time (8 hour/day).
*Insurance: Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in accordance with the current reQSgulations.
*Bonus: Depends on Company achievements.
*Other benefit:
- Annual medical check-up as per company’s rule.
- 24/24 personal accident insurance;

Gross monthly salary of VND 8.5M-11M
