R&D Electrical Assistant Manager/ Specialist (Hardware Design, PCB Design)

We are looking for Electrical R&D Specialist/ Assistant Manager who are willing to work for R&D Center in Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen and will be in charge of design and manage circuit Hardware for Washig Machine with the detailed description below:
• Prepare development documentation related to hardware of Washing Machine product.
• Conduct test, collect, analysize, evaluate testing data, and generate repective reports.
• Report and support Manager to build up Department policy as well as section&039;s Business Plan.
• Manage subordinates and evaluate performance of project&039;s members.
• In charge of design and manage circuit hardware designing for Washing Machine.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrics/ Electrical, Controlling and Automation, Mechatronics or related.
• Have good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Fresh graduate with a remarkable ability and good attitude is acceptable.
• Having knowledge about hardware (PCB circuit, MCU, PWB) and related (Labview, NI equipment).
• Strong computer proficiency is a must-have, especially MS office.
• Be proactive, punctual, careful and ready to learn.
• Good at English or Japanese.
• Have experience in CR5000 is advantageous.
• Be familiar with PCB design (pattern, circuit, FCT, ICT, DIP, PCB production process).
• Strong multi-tasking skills are essential.
