R&D Electrical Engineer/ Assistant Manager/ Specialist (Hardware Design)

We are looking for Electrical R&D Engineer/ Specialist/ Assistant Manager who is willing to work for R&D Center in Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen, and will be in charge of designing electrical parts for Washing Machine with the detailed description below:
• Manage subordinates and evaluate the performance of project members to ensure design quality and schedule
• Conduct tests, collect, analyze, evaluate testing data, and generate respective reports.
• Report and support Manager to build up Department policy as well as section&039;s Business Plan.
• Prepare development documentation related to Electrical of Washing Machine product.
• Fix and find countermeasure if any error happen.
• In charge of designing Electrical parts for Washing Machine such as motor, sensor, feeding valve, etc.

• Strong computer proficiency is a must-have, especially MS office.
• Good at English or Japanese.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Electrics/ Electrical, Controlling and Automation, Mechatronics or related.
• Fresh graduate with a remarkable ability and good attitude is acceptable.
• Have experience in CR5000 is advantageous.
• Having knowledge about hardware (PCB circuit, MCU, PWB) and related (Labview, NI equipment) is a plus
• Strong multi-tasking skills are essential.
• Be familiar with PCB design (pattern, circuit, FCT, ICT, DIP, PCB production process).
• Have good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Be proactive, punctual, careful and ready to learn.
