R&D Engineer (03 Engineers For New Projects)

- Design and develop ceramic product/ mold, including Bowl, Urinal, basin, and other ancillary products.
- Tracking and control the fire sample’ dimension and deformation, feedback to the Mold department for further modification.
- Know the NPD process, MKG process, the Modeling, blocking and casing process, and the related standard/Nom, country specify.
- Take responsible for the product/mold structure design, and prepare the DR and MR documents, to make sure the design proposal is accepted by the designer, MKT and MFG.
- Ensuring the completion of engineering documentation to support product introductions and/or revisions.
- Proficiency of the CAD and pro-E software for normal structure design process.
- Know well about the engineering standards and expression method, with the 2D template.
- All specification for standard requirement and country specific.

- Good Communication skill across function.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role is prefer.
- English skills – Conversational & oral, written.
- Good command of ProE, experience for mold design in sanitary ware if prefer.
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or Industrial design
