R&D Engineer ( Water Heater Product ) - Australia Company in Binh Duong

Overall control of benchmarking and product designing for “new markets” & Product Development

Do preparation and maintenance of Design Control Documentation, including
Bill of Materials and ERP establishment for new or modified product

Manage the CI-PCR Product Change Request register.
Failure Mode Effects Analysis, FMEA, especially FMEA.
Develop product specifications to meet specific market needs as defined by the

3 years experience in Heat pump/Fridge/Water heater/ R&D
Mold design / design for plastic injection (injection molding), or stamping of sheet metal (Metal press machine)
Or strong experience in the fields: 5 years
Materials (Polymer / Metal)
Electronic Circuit Design (PCBA)
• Experience in 3D CAD design (Inventor preferred)
• Bachelor degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical or related engineering
• Computer literacy, including experience in the use of:
• Electronic spreadsheets (preferably Microsoft Excel).
• A strong ability to communicate both verbal and written to all levels - from shop floor to senior management.
• Word processing software (preferably Microsoft Word); and
• Competency:
• An ability to manage and complete complex product design projects.
• Ability to communicate, speak and write English
• Strong planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to work on multiple projects within tight timeframes.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• An ability to work and achieve results within a team environment.
