R&D Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Managing new product development from theoretical recipe to lab prototype and final product
- Responsible for formula cost optimization projects.
- Overseeing the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production
- Providing necessary technical support to marketing, branding team
- Collaborate with external partners such as university, research institute,…
- Delivering technical support to existing and new customers, and creating new market
- Work with R&D team of other countries within group to maximize opportunities in new product development
- Managing the products portfolio for end-users and industrial customers working closely with marketing, procurement, QA and production.
- Build up strong product development team in term of technical knowledge and working skill
pportunities.
- Following up quality of competitor’s products on market (If requested)
- Supporting all departments, on any technical or application issues relating to products.
- Completing follow-up and execution of necessary project documentation
Reporting
- Others, if required.
- R&D weekly/ monthly report.
- Project reports

Requirements
- Able to communicate in English is preferable.
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Food Technology or relevant majors (Industrial Management) At least 2 years of working experience in same role.
- Problem solving & reporting skill is a need.
- Honesty.
- Familiar with statistic methods.
- Experience in food industry is advantage.
