R&D Manager

+ Built up, manage and develop R&D department.

+ Enforcing regulations, processing… that related in R&D.

+ Making researching plan, designing and organizing new products and improving available products series based on direction and strategy of company and Buyer’s demands.

+ Searching for new idea related in techniques, shapes, materials…

+ Taking mainly responsibility in deploying production of new products: following, pushing, supervising.

+ Join production lines in sample experiment and evaluate mass- production lines from beginning, to ensure raw-material and output products get quality requirement.

+ Proposing standard and permitted error in limit for whole products.

+ Making, considering, and enforcing files of new products (include: materials, standards of products quality, manufacturing…) for related departments.

+ Providing fully documents, records for registering, test, evaluating quality standard of all ingredient of products.

+ Security for products information, technology and company’s other information.

+ Researching together with other departments to create new products effectively.

+ Report new sample progress to Director Manager.

+  Man/woman, over ages 30.

+  A university graduate and over, technology major, graphic design, manufacturing mechanic, analytic chemistry or related major. (Priority to candidates who have experience in printing package, paper box, hard box, ...)

+  At least 3 years of experiences from R&D team leader position.

+  Think outside about organization, making plan, time management, combination and communication.

+  Ability in assessment technique drawing, particularly products and contribute the best optimal improvement.

+  Analytical skill and problem solving.

+  Being a specialist in working manufactory and evaluating new products on production lines.

+  Reading and understanding English technical documents. Fluency in English speaking.

+  Honest, goal- oriented, sociable, under high- pressure.
