R&D NUTRITIONIST

· Consulting on nutrition information for new product formulation and innovation, NIP release on food labelling

· Research and update the global and local nutritional customer trends and needs; for example: low carb, Keto, etc.

· Research and update the proper dosage of micro-nutritional supplements in new product formulation

· Evaluate the nutritional information of benchmark shelf-products

· Make Lab samples and send to customers according to business team’s request.

· Build up technical documents: specification (of materials, finished good), production flowchart…

· Cooperate with related sections to solve customer’s complaint related to quality and sensory.

· Coordinate the activities in-and-out with internal teams, cross-departments and suppliers/co-manufacturers

· Do other tasks follow assignment of manager & team leader

• Degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Science/ Chemical Engineering (in University or College)
• Are certified as nutritionist / dietician by an university, college and/or program;
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Passionate in food, cooking and document research
• Understand the English regulatory documents related to food nutrition and compliance
• Good sense to technical and machinery parts
• Hard-working and Good in time-management
• Learning mindset and Team-spirit
• Supportive and Collaborative in cross-working with other teams and departments
• Logical and creative
• Have at least 2 years of working experience in nutrition
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities
• Team-working and self-discipline
