R&D Specialist (English Books/App)

- Participate in product research and development.
- Have products with your name credited.
Research solutions
- Collect information from different sources and organize surveys on customers.
- Work closely with the CEO, R&D specialist, marketing, customer success, sales team, …
- Establish plans and budgets for researching the market .
- Identify special elements needed for products’ success
Develop products
- Plan and budget for the product development process.
- Ensure the highest and most effective product quality for customers.
- Work with CEO, researcher, production specialist, marketing department, sales department, customer care department...
- Propose ideas for new products.
Coordinate production process
- Plan job description, schedule and recruit new collaborators for the project
- Work with CEOs, researchers, developers, printers, technical teams, lawyers, publishers, copyright bureaus,...
- Connect with collaborators, ensure quality assurance throughout the working process of collaborators.
- Develop production coordination process and internal product training materials.
- Manage the production process so that scheduled goals are met
Working time: 08h30 - 18h00. From Monday to Friday and the last Saturday of each month.

- Comfortable with working in a team of young people.
- Hard-working and career-oriented.
- Have a thirst for knowledge and good learning skills.
- Age: 1992 – 1996
- Proficient in English (International students, language-majored students or have an IELTS certificate of at least 7.0).
- Have problem solving skills and personal development skills.
- Have experience in project operating.
- Have experience in self teaching and self learning in the past.
