R&D Staff

· Follow up new product development

· Create the new product in the lab, translate into trial runs.

· Make samples for internal/ external sensory test.

· Write/adjust formula for new product/ current product development

· Follow the testing production until getting final product as required

· Co-ordinate activities in lab and ensure work is executed in efficient and safe way as well as lab equipment complies quality standards.

· Develop design, specifications of packaging material for food products which assure product quality and satisfy consumer usage.

· Establish plans, implement necessary experiments to develop packaging for food products which meet the product concept, conform to legal regulations and ensure quality standards

· Make plan, control schedule and coordinate with other departments in implementing development;

· Develop reinforce techniques of production process.

· Communicate process implementation to the correspondent areas of operation and train the staff accordingly.

· Any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager

• Graduate university : Major (MUST): Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Engineering – majors related to FOOD


• Food technology or Food science


• Can communicate in English


• Preferred: knowledge of food sensory evaluation, knowledge of food additives/ food emulsions/ seasonings


• Interests in cooking and R&D works (research, new product development, documentation, sample preparation,…)


• Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills.


• Strong knowledge about food products and product proces
