R&D Staff - Pharmacy Company

- To cooperate closely with other departments to schedule and execute trial batches.
- To train GMP knowledge and skills for staffs.
- To perform any other tasks as per assigned by Plant Manager.
- To prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the project progress.
- Be responsible for building and maintaining relationship with other departments.
- To update the specialist knowledge, current requirements, regulation and guidelines.
- To plan and supervise the task.
- To improve formulation and manufacturing process (where needed).
- To transfer the manufacturing process from pilot batches to production batches with the assistance of other departments, involved in the investigation of causes and deal with problems during the transfer of manufacturing process to production.
- To build document system following WHO-GMP guideline.
- Be responsible for solving the problems about recall, return products, customer’s complain.
- Implement the projects to fulfill the requirement of Board of Director.
- Be responsible for solving the problems about the quality of products and manufacturing process.

- Good at English communition.
- Leadership skills, interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage, plan and administer.
- Degree : Chemical, Biology, Pharmacy
- Knowledge about GMP, GLP, GSP.
