R&D Technician - Textile

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of quality and environmental management system.
- Ensure project timelines and objectives.
- Be part of training sessions whenever needed.
- Organize and conduct new product/process validation, with Operational Departments.
- New product/process development.
- Creation and management of product development projects.
- Optimization and improvement of existing products and production process.
- Provide technical support to production department and products transfers, whenever needed.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Technical Textile or Engineering (Mechanical or Electronic) of Associate degree or above.
Knowledge and Skills
Education
English-write and speaking (good to have).
Microsoft Excel, word and power point good skills (good to have).
Experience in Textile knitting (flat or circular) or Mechanical or Electronic industry.
Job Experience
Strong knowledge in :
• Electromechanical knowledge and experience.
• Reverse engineering (mechanical or electronic technology) industry.
• Glove production process (good to have).
• Yarn covering and knitting technology and it’s functionality (good to have).
Availability to travel for training and R&D meetings.
Organized
