Mô tả công việc

Financial

· See to it that all activities (paying, non – paying and cancellation must be recorded in the log book and accomplish monthly report to be submitted to your Activity Manager.

· Make sure all chargeable activity been consolidated during the day after the activities.

· Be equipped with knowledge on activities for the guests including marketing and selling of boat trips and other activities, tours both land and sea.

Administration

· Render secretarial duties of the Activity Department

· Attend Activity Manager meeting at 9:30 am daily and report all movements of guest, weather forecast, sea conditions, incident report with guest involvement during their activities, boats related, works related and recreation staff related during the absence of your Department Head

· Assist the Activity Manager in building of an efficient team

· Conduct daily department briefing as required.

Employee Handling

· Ensure that all employees' report for work punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.

· Be familiar with the facilities and be able to assist guests courteously and clearly in the proper use of equipment.

· Answers guests queries regarding all water activities, both land & Sea.

· Monitor daily bookings and activities for the guests and coordinate with the Recreation & Activities Manager, Boat Captains, Tour Guide, Tennis Attendant/Pro. Check regularly the Tennis Pavilion area’s especial such as; condition of the equipment, cleanliness of the areas and guests amenities such as; water, cold towel and hand towels. Report any problem occurs to engineering for maintenance and safety.

· Ensure all staff are trained to the standard as defined by the departmental procedures

· Maintain a high level of services at all times

· Ensure that all staff adhere to the resort staff hand book and Regulations as Implemented by Management.

· Ensure that all staff provide a courteous and professional service at all times in any given situation.

· Cooperate and communicate with other departments in all resort-related matters.

· Implement new departmental policies and procedures as determined by the Department Head.

· Be a willing team worker at all times. Accept and perform especial assignments within or outside his Department as requested by his Immediate Head. Which include land base activity such as tours and other excursion

General

· Ensure to work to the best of your ability and set an example to other staff as a role model.

· To ensure your standard of personal grooming and hygiene meet those laid down by the resort.

· To be a member of a team dedicated to provide the best qualities and service..

Operational

· Check cleanliness and maintenance of your work place such as; regular washing and drying of equipment as necessary. Check physical condition of all equipment prior to guest use. Make inventory list and monthly assessment of all fast moving items, guest amenities and fuel monitoring of the boat and its condition, see to it that boat is always tidy and clean and all the set up ready every morning.

· Report any damage or maintenance required to engineering as soon as possible.

· To control and minimize breakage of all equipment's and supplies

· Protecting the assets is the responsibility of every employee

· Ensure that the area is rostered with correct staffing level in accordance with expected business levels or number of bookings during the day.

· Check all preparation and set up is complete and cleaned before service.

· Liaise with other Food and Beverage supervisors to coordinate a smooth operation between guests taken orders and other amenities included.

· To check daily inventory of the fuel/ordering and monitoring.

· To supervise both land and marine operation ensuring guests excellence service and properly executed base on standards as Implemented.

· Always be available to assist everyone

· Notify your Head of Department of any hazards, injuries, any unresolved bookings for the guest or assistance needed.

· Monitoring the beach club area (your main area of responsibility) in terms of attending to the guests need, Make sure to always have enough fresh towels, cold towels and complimentary cold drinks available for guests use. See to it that drinks are offered to the guests and orders are taken as requested.

· Make sure guests are properly informed prior to their departure time, weather condition, sea condition that they will experience during their excursions.

· Keep abreast of all company policies, code of conduct & behavior by reading and understanding all guidelines issued pertaining to such matters and performing such duties and functions as specified in the guidelines.

Principal Relationship

Engineering – coordinates & reports defective and under maintenance equipment & reports back to your Activity Manager. Do records of all follow up works.

Purchasing – coordinates and follow ups request purchased supplies of all sports and leisure equipment’s.
