Receivable Accountant

1. Follow up documents of cancelled invoices:

• Implement cancelled invoices process


• Monitor documents related to cancelled invoices

2. Check documents before making procedures for collection and payment according to the regulations issued by the Government:

• Prepare original documents (receipts and payments according to the form) as a basis for the cashier to collect and pay money in accordance with regulations and ensure timely and accurate


• Transfer the original documents to the relevant departments


• Monitor the payment situation of customers, when customers pay for separation of debts under contracts, according to sales invoices

3. Check debt:

• Customers buy goods according to each request and based on the signed sales principle contract, check the value that the customer wants to buy, the credit limit and the payment term that the company accepts for each customer


• Customers who purchase goods under economic contracts have signed and checked the number of goods and types of goods, accompanied accessories, selling prices and payment terms


• Check the debt details of each customer according to each debt arising document, the payment term, the overdue amount, notify the sales department, debt collection officials and senior management officials


• At the end of the month (quarter, year), the accountant shall make public debt reports and table to monitor the situation of overdue debts and overdue loans, and send them to the chief accountant or the specialized section head

4. Follow up invoices/delivery notes: Manage invoices/delivery notes, check the signature of customers

• University degree, Bachelor of Finance/Accounting, Corporate Accounting


• Working Experience: at least 1 year experience in working in the position of accountant or equivalent position


• Business Understanding: knowledge in paint industry a plus


• Be able to read and translate document well


• Good at Excel skill & accounting software


• Good communication skill


• Analytical & advisory skills
