Receivable & Payable Accountant

AR Management:
- Inform to Department the daily cash in
- Management AR in software and make sure the balance is correct.
- Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices in the ERP system
- Follow up the aging report and organization the crediting meeting with BOD in quarterly.
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary
- Support other accounting projects, as necessary
- Support sale man in purpose of collecting
- Maintain and organize support for customer remittances (wire & credit card payments)
- Set-up new customers in the ERP system
- Assist in month-end financial statement close
- Inform to HODS and send remind letter.
AP management (extra scope - opportunity to learn/ rotate work):
- Receive/ check vendor invoice & contract
- Perform reconciliation with inter-companies every month-end
- Set-up new vendors in the ERP system, ensure correct vendor’s information
- Maintain and organize support for vendors remittances
Others:
- Monthly Projects report booking: Must meet with group deadline
- Cash position report: 16th and 1st monthly
- Monthly Tax declaration: prepare report & payment to tax department by the 20th of the month (VAT/FCT)

- Computer Literate i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability to maintains good connections with customers/ suppliers
- Willing to work under pressure and overtime
- More than 2-3 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees of all areas
- Worked multi - company is preference
- Accounting Basic from university or above; Knowledge of International Accounting System is value added.
