***What will you do:
1. Switchboard operations
· Answer promptly all phone calls, handle with care on-hold
calls and properly transfer them to the concerned. Make sure 0 missed call
. Support Hanoi team to back up calls in needed
· Take messages accurately, timely deliver to the concerned
· Update telephone lists for internal use
· Ensure the switchboard run well with minimum breakdowns
2. Welcome reception:
· Welcome guests/visitors by name, internal managers/staff, provide prompt service/guidance to inquiries
· Coordinate to serve drinks, maintain a clean and tidy
reception, meeting rooms & cafe
3. Other admin tasks
· Receive/dispatch courier, inter-office mail /express delivery
· Taxi cards control , make sure there is not any lost card becuase of careless
- Take care INBOX and OUTBOX mail ,make sure there is not any lost mail happen .
. Prepare things to welcome new staff
· Other clerical and admin support as required by line manager
4. Cordinator with OAs Team
