Responsibilities
•Meet hiring needs to ensure company growth;
•Be the partner for stakeholders to get clear qualifications and needs, and liaise with Human Resource Business Partners that assisting the departments;
•Working closely with Employer Branding in growing the talent pool;
•Network and build long-lasting relationships with high-potential candidates, both locally or globally;
•Involve and take in charge of internal talent acquisition project improvement.

•Understand the end-to-end recruitment process;
•Able to work in a dynamic environment;
•Good stakeholder management along with relationship building skills;
