Recruiter (IT And Non - IT)

Identifying, planning & using the online recruiting sources, external research providers, internal referrals, and internal data to identify & recruiting the top talent.
Reporting the work progress and results to Human Resources Director weekly or when required.
Storing the records of all documents used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with the main related parties.
Building the relationships with hiring managers to ensure candidate/interviewer expectations are clear.
Ensuring the company&039;s human resource needs meet the demand of a long-term talent strategy.
Creating and implementing the candidate recruitment processes to ensure a positive experience.
Planning the interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interviews.
Consulting with the Human Resources Director and the related parties to select the most suitable candidates.
Performing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Developing and implementing the sourcing strategies to build the pipeline of potential candidates.

Graduated from College/University with majors such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Work, ...
Dynamic, independent, responsible, logical thinking.
Familiarity with social networks, CV databases, and professional networks.
Strong interviewing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
At least 1 year of working experience in IT Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment or Headhunt.
Fluent English communication is an advantage.
