Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
· Preparation and synthesis of recruitment plans and budgets;
· Proposing and searching for quality and economical recruitment tools and resources to attract quality candidates: hunt, headhunt, recruitment seminars, recruitment fairs, social networks: Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, .. .;
· Implement the recruitment process chain: posting news, collecting candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, announcing results,...;
· Update and manage recruitment database;
· Develop a set of recruitment questions for the positions;
· Propose/advise methods and processes to optimize recruitment.
Training:
· Developing training and integration documents;
· Provide/introduce to new employees about benefits, policies, regulations, and obligations;
· Monitor, urge and summarize probation evaluation dossiers.
Evaluation:
· Advise on plans, implement and control activities in assessment and classification of labor quality
Human resources management:
· Track and manage the entire working process of employees in the enterprise, build documents - administrative documents, human resources, and general administration...
Employer branding:
· Proposing, and participating in the implementation of internal events.
Report:
· Make reports, and provide timely and accurate data... as required
Requirements:
· Graduation from College or higher is required;
· Major in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
· Having knowledge about finding potential human resources through media, social networks or specialized websites such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
· Good English communication
· 03 years in recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar roles.
· Male, able to go on business trips when required
