Position: Recruiting Part Leader
- Responsible for the recruitment strategies to recruit line workers, office workers.
- Work closely with HR Team Leader to recruit & achieve KPI as planned.
- Responsible for implementing recruitment programs to align with the company&039;s process, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Other tasks as per HR Team Leader&039;s and higher Manager&039;s assignment.
- Responsible for creating & implementing recruitment activities to recruit line workers, office workers as required.
- Build & develop the relationships with schools to create a source of candidates.

- Education background Bachelor&039;s Degree
- A team-player but can work independently.
- Recruitment experiences in international working environment and set-up period are preferred.
- Can take usual business trips and work under high pressure
- Very good leadership skills with high integrity, commitment, communication, and interpersonal ability.
- At least 10 years experiences in recruitment and 05 years in the same position/related field in big-sized manufacturing companies.
- An result-oriented person with good ability of MS office, especially Power Point.
- A supportive and win-win person.
- Very good understanding of operator recruitment in different provinces.
