Recruitment Consultant (FMCG Team)

IN CHARGE OF
Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards
Organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client
Promote & build awareness of Navigos Search’s capabilities to an existing or new clients
Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates
Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking and headhunting
Work with clients, find out about their business, their current and future recruitment needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment
• College Degree and above
• Fluent English, good interpersonal skills
• Highly professional, sales-oriented
