Recruitment Consultant ( Teamleader)

1. Business Development & Relationship Management

•Be responsible to provide high quality service to Clients and Candidates;

•Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment

•Actively look for new clients and seek for job orders

•Execute job orders as the standard timeframe

•Build, maintain good relationship with clients and candidates

•Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates

•Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database

•Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

•Ensure the recruitment speed and results of assigned direct manager and Clients;

•Ensure self- target is achieved

2. Recruitment

•Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews;

•Arrange and organize interview for the candidate as requested by Client;

•Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedbacks to both parties;

•Assist client with job placement;

•Attract candidate by well preparing job description, job posting and high quality consulting service as well as offering and general career development advice;

•Follow up client on recruitment status and support if required by Client;

 To recruit and coaching team member

To manage project to ensuring the committed timeline and results.

Responsibility for team’s target are archived.

University graduated (major in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields);

Senior or Team Leader required has at least 2 years

Right attitude: willingness to learn, teamwork mindset, drive to excel, initiative taker

Excellent communicator and negotiator; and interpersonal skills, out-going

Desire to have a rewarding career, self-driven, self-motivated to succeed

Customer service orientated

Able to work independently, with high sense of responsibility

Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines.

Fluent in English, computer literacy is an advantage
