Recruitment Executive

Develop and implement personnel strategies to recruit talented individuals with diverse and successful potentials.
One builds and maintains appropriate relationships with candidate pools to recommend those with qualifications.
Prepare materials related to the recruitment (eg, brochures, brochures, etc.).
Screen applicants and creat list of candidates for final selection
In order to recruit talented individuals, one must establish and maintain networks with educational institutions, associations, civic organizations, and community organizations.
Train managers of job interviewing skills and the role as an interviewer who represents the company
Design and, if necessary, correct or supplement your application, including online support.
One forms a network of conferences, meetings and other places where potential candidates or referrers gather together.
Lead various external events related to employee recruitment.
Develop creative ways to recruit employees who meet necessities of the company.
Keep employment laws up-to-date and keep managers up-to-date in case of changes.
Make sure that the job description for all jobs and the qualifications of the candidates required for the job are documented
Represents the company for educational institutions, associations, civic groups, community groups, etc. in relation to employee recruitment.
Develop, process, and evaluate a selection process that includes interviews, psychological tests, personality questionnaires, and various group activities.
Write ad text and decide how one wants to advertise; Before ad is published, review whether the ad text violates the law
Operate an online site for job application.
Involved in designing evaluation processes to measure the efficiency of recruitment activities.

Required Skills

- A firm understanding of the company&039;s business and history / culture / management philosophy / mission: Semi-professional level
- Knowledge of business administration (personnel management and organization): Semi-professional level
- Communication skill (negotiation / presentation / speech / listening): Semi-professional level
- Foreign Language (ENG): Explanation level
- A wealth of knowledge about labor laws (Labor Standards Act, union law, etc.): Level of understanding about the law
- Data analysis, statistical data interpretation skills and financial basic knowledge: Entry professional level

Qualifications

BS or above (Required); MBA (HR, Management) and MBA preferred

More than 3 years experience in human resources management in organizations of various sizes
