Recruitment Executive

Executing Human Resource objectives and procedures to ensure recruitment, retention, motivation, and performance of executive and above employees thereby, supporting organizational requirements.
Managing whole recruitment process of executive and above employees; drive recruitment campaigns and programs with universities, on social media channels, and liaise with headhunters to fulfill requirements
Managing performance review cycles of all executive and above employees and meet completion targets set by the Group/divisional team based in Sri Lanka
Assisting to Manager to develop & drive L&D roadmap for all levels of employees, including leadership training, technical training programs, executive development programs, soft skills and language skills, etc. Liaise with Group HR and external trainers to execute roadmap
Implementing initiatives to ensure open culture in line with the organization’s values and behaviors
Other related assignments according to requirement from line manager

- At least 3 years of working experience as similar position
- Excellent in communication; presentation skill
- Good at English (4 skills)
