Recruitment Manager (Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia)

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization&039;s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Major Accountabilities
Job Purpose
– Consult managers in order to understand business operations and needed resources
– Responsible for employee recruitment, selection and on-boarding
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support current and future hiring needs
– Provide recommendations when possible
– Evaluate and improve current recruitment procedures

– 5+ years&039; experience in Human Resources
– Attention to detail and good judgement
– Bachelor&039;s degree or relevant experience
– Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
– Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
– Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
