Job purpose: Working with Prudential as Recruitment Specialist means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion in Recruitment Specialist.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Gallerie is PVA’s new and independent distribution channel. The channel’s mission is to tap into the potentials of Urban customer segments by leveraging a new generation of young, dynamic and highly professional financial advisors, called Pru-Planners. Pru-Planners go through rigorous selection process, comprehensive learning & development program (Entrepreneurship Development Program). Pru-Planners will be developed to become Sales Director or Urban Director.
To deliver this ambitious objective, we need to build-up recruitment team who have life insurance knowledge, HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Recruitment manager will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.
The incumbent of this job is responsible for the quantity and quality of Pru-Planner. They also need to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
•Recruitment:
oExecute the plan recruiting Pru-Planner following the Gallerie strategy.
oWork closely with sales and training team to deliver the recruitment target.
oProactively search, build and diversify the recruitment sources (internal, job posting, referral, vendor…).
oPlan and coordinate with event team to organize career fair/networking event.
oQualify candidate using several methods.
•Operation & Risk Management:
oEnsures that all the business’s recruiting practices comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external.
oForesee the conflict and develop various solutions.
oContribute ideas/ initiatives to improve current processes, policies, working standard, and etc.
•Others:
oActively attend and engage in The Gallerie training classes.
oPromote think “Out of the box”.
oOther tasks and projects as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements
AEducational background and professional experience
1.University degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ Economics
2.At least three years working experience in Human Resource preferably in insurance/banking/finance/consulting organizations
3.Foreign language (English)
4.Good understanding of insurance market and Financial services in Vietnam
