Recruitment Supervisor

- Arrange source to maximize recruitment effectively
- Collaborate with managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring need.
- Control and follow up the recruitment requests from departments through human resources management software.
- Take part in the Human Resources projects
- Search CV, collect and select potential candidates and upload CVs in to software
- Build and expand recruitment channels
- Manage the database and input the update information in to recruitment report software
- Train, coach, supervise and assign jobs to teammates
- Prepares periodically reports to analyze recruitment result for Human Resource Management
- Scan and interview, select suitable candidate to direct interview with Hiring Manager.
- Co-operate with Hiring Manager and other relate people to complete recruitment process base on SOP.
- Provide analytical recruiting reports to superior and propose a motion for solution when have issues

* Education:
Graduated from University major in Business Development, Human Resource Management…
* Experience:
Recruitment experience in logistics fields is advantage.
At least 2 years of working experiences at same level
* Skill:
Planning, Organizing and supervisory
Expert in MS office, MS outlook
Source and selection skills
Well-informed about the labor market and recruitment trend
Teamwork
Interview skills
Communicated in English fluently
Good communication and negotiation skills
