Recruitment Supervisor

TASK ACHIEVEMENT

Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
Lead, manage, evaluate and develop a team of Recruitment professionals to ensure that the organisation&039;s Recruitment activities and strategy is implemented effectively.
Implement the organization&039;s Recruitment strategy so that the Recruitment activities meet the organization&039;s current and future needs.
Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and Recruitment providers to ensure that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.
Find and develop candidate resources (ex: University, College, Recruitment events, Job introduce Center …
Analyst and identify the Recruitment needs of the organization and develop an overall Recruitment plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organization.
Direct execute the organization&039;s Recruitment activities in order to ensure that recruitment activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization&039;s policies and standards.

Job requirement:

Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
Leadership time: over 02 years at the same position.
Good in communication
Be able to work under high pressure
Influent people
Excellent negotiation skill and consultancy skill
Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
Years of Experience: At least 3 - 5 years working with the familiar responsibility, priority for candidate who are working in finance, banking sector.
University degree, priority for major related to Human Resources Management
English: Upper intermediate to Advanced level
High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
