Regional HR Intern (CV in English)

The Purpose of Your Role
Regional HR Intern responsibilities are to support the Regional HR Operations Team on general HR and office administrative assignments.
Your Key Responsibilities

Support on maintaining employee personnel files and assisting on HR activities (onboarding, terminations, etc.). Including, but not limited to creating new folders, filing employee and benefits paperwork and office management
Support on employee engagement activities and other social company events
Directly supporting Senior Regional HR Ops on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities

Who We Want

Fresh graduates who are eager to learn are welcomed
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
Work efficiently and have a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Google Suite products
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and take initiative
Ability to design is a plus
