Regional Purchase & Sourcing Manager

We are a 100% new set up EU company in packaging industry, due to the requirement of expand the business, we are currently looking for Regional Purchase & Sourcing Manager who in charge of whole Purchase and Sourcing functions for Asian area.
• Working with BOD team for strategy and coaching team with job’s duties
• Closely co-operate with functional departments (R&D, production develop, technical, business units…) to develop purchasing strategy.
• Develop and communicate; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for Purchase & Sourcing functions: related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.
• Give out right measurement/ goals/ suppliers development in close co-operation with the international users and stakeholders
• Give out idea/ innovation. support global procurement team with the process and system improvement to strengthen process
• Implement the national and international tenders and purchase & sourcing projects (contract terms/ prices/ contract management)
• Active and self-driven further development of purchasing strategies in the your responsibilities

• Excellent communication and negotiable skills
• University degree or above
• Years in SCM; Management level/ Purchasing & Sourcing
• Willing to travel (Asia/ International)
• English fluent
• Familiar with MNC company
• Data analysis, logical, and system management
• Strong management and leadership skills
