JOB PURPOSE
(4) Contribute ideas/ initiatives to deliver short & long-term company strategies.
(1) Achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies.
(3) Monitor market/competitor movement for timely reaction.
Responsible for the sale of a company’ products in assigned geographical region.
(2) Lead the Sales team and manage all sales related program, activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1, To plan and execute Sales activities to deliver Sales performance for short-term (monthly and quarterly) under annual Operating plan and Sales strategic plan
- Do analysis and reports on Sales Performance by monthly, quarterly to Sales Director.
- Manage the OPEX expenses within the approved budget
- Ensure Distributors are performing their roles and achieving the target.
- Track actual implementation or results vs. plan (initiatives and spending). Take actions to bridge the gaps, if any.
- Plan and execute the detailed actions plan by monthly and quarterly to deliver volume.
2, To build and develop the effectiveness of Distribution Channel, build the strong distribution network as the sustainable partners.
- Recruit and select the qualified distributors as plan.
- To review key distributors’ capability, finance, and P&L on timely basis to ensure a proper analysis and action plan to improve distributors’ effectiveness & efficiency, reduce risk and ensure that the operations of distributors are efficient and effective.
- Propose channel strategy base on segmenting customer. Build and develop route to market plan, enhance product coverage and visibility.
3, To build and support distributors | direct sales team on the plan of Sales Out
- Develop activities to increase active POS/ MIT…
- Consult/support Distributor on business plan and advise to execute sales operation effectively & efficiently.
- Develop and take good care of key direct customers and replicate successful models from direct sales to sales teams of distributors and dealers.
- Ensure Sales Supervisor to lead DSR team and distributors to have excellent execution of all trade marketing programs…
- Supervise Distributor’s sales activities.
4, To improve Forecast Accuracy to meet demand of market
- Understand market demand
- Manage & analyse monthly sales report from Distributor to meet Distributor/market demand forecast
- Quick response/ reaction to market demand change
- Get knowledge multi different demand by area in charge
5, To build internal Sales Capability
- Mid-year review and yearly appraisal.
- Set up weekly work plan, monthly work plan; Do effective weekly reports and monthly reports as well as sales team management with weekly and monthly meetings and deploy the most effective business plan.
- Provide on the job training and coaching, to direct, motivate and evaluate the performance of sales team on monthly/quarterly basic to make sure that the productivity of sales team is always improved.
- Lead the sales team to success with a professional way and under company’s procedure.
- Drive engagement within team for a collaborative and winning culture formation within team.

REQUEST SKILLS:
- Professional education/qualification:
- Good English communication.
- Proficiency in the office computer.
- University of Economics, Engineering, or Petrochemical;
EXPERIENCES:
- Highly self-disciplined
- Sales data analysis skills
- Cheerful, gentle, and polite
- Problem-solving skills
- Persuasive communication skills
- Ability to build good relationships and trust with customers and partners
- Over 5 years of experience in the same position at companies, especially in technical goods.
- High pressure and enthusiasm at work
- Management/Leadership,
- Negotiation/Inter-personal skills
- Integrity
- Having worked through companies with wide business networks is an advantage.
- Requires good communication, good presentation
