Regional Sales Manager – South

- Customers relationship management, collect customers data base, monthly reports for activities and plan for different segmentation of Key Accounts, direct farm and dealers; utilize new channel-social media, feed team based on customer&039;s needs and company strategy.
- monthly/quarterly technical training for distributors, sub-distributor, feed mil companies that support for Vaksindo and having same concepts.
- Sales achievement in Southern regional, create demand for Vaksindo products by utilizing the available resources/tools/trainings, identify new growth opportunities by seeking new customers and initiatives.
- Executing Customer Engagement : focus on executing in-field engagement, implement the tools, strategy of Vaksindo to target customer and thereby improves the customer relationships.
- Increase market share in current KAS and gain new Key Accounts.

- Driving performance, to meet/exceed sales target for assigned products (Animal Vaccines and Pharmaceutical) within the allocated territory through achievement of related quantitative/qualitative field force KPI’s

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced sales skill, proven business acumen and sales achievement.
- Having minimum 3 years experience as Sales/Regional Sales Manager position in same fields of industry.
- Open minded and able to perform self development and learning.
- Well planning and organized person.
- Good English communication both oral and written is a must
- Good leadership skills to manage people
- Bachelor Degree in Veterinary, Chemistry and Biology, other field are welcome to apply with experience.
- Willing to have work base around Hung Yen and Hanoi.
- Demonstrate superior knowledge (disease clinical trials, products, marketing strategy and competitive information.
