Regulatory Affair Manager

Ensure 100% compliance with domestic and importing markets for both current and new products
• Serves as regulatory resource for 3rd party audit preparation
• Supports customer compliance reques
• Establish and maintain relationships with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders involved in policy-making/authority audits
• Prepare and manage regulatory documents for before submission to internal and external customers
• Review product artwork and labels for compliance as needed
• Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement and External Suppliers to support the needs across the business.
• Ensure 100% new food ingredients/additives are in comply with both domestic and importing markets
• Responsible for product self-declaration and others as needed
• Reviews and maintain ingredient and supplier documentation and ensure documents meet standards and other certifying bodies
• Communicates with outside suppliers on behalf of regulatory affairs

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. Degree in Laws is an advance
• Able to apply regulatory knowledge to make compliance decisions on products we manufacture.
• Excellence communication in English and Vietnamese.
• This demanding role will require drive, ambition and enthusiasm, combined with a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting and commercial awareness.
• Experience as a leader in handling authority audits.
• Dedicated and can-do attitude.
• Understand Vietnam regulation system.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Strong, persuasive communicator both verbally and written
• At least 5 years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Product Development, or Technical Services (i.e. regulatory affairs, labeling, product specification, etc.) within the industry. Background Regulatory affairs at a food, beverage, or consumer products company required.
