- Share information and communication on legislation under the regulatory responsibility with other departments
- Other RA tasks assigned by Junior RA Manager.
- Prepare dossiers and submit for new registration/ renewal/ variation of veterinary products (drugs, vaccines, feed supplements, equipment) at Department of Animal Health and Department of Livestock Production; ensure the compatibility of submitted dossier with the current guideline in Vietnam.
- Coordinate well with Virbac Vietnam Factory, Marketing/ Technical Departments to collect information for registration.
- Follow up the applications and keep contact with authorities for updates and giving feedback if any. Ensure the proposed timeline to obtain the marketing authorization.
- Support on preparing label content by coordinating with manufacturing RA, Virbac Vietnam Factory… Ensure the compliance of label content and registered information in Vietnam; Compile internal announcement for implementing of new changes concerning commercial labels.
- Timely update of new regulations relating to vet drug, animal feed; inform colleagues and conduct training for related departments.
- Support Supply Chain Department on importation process of vet drugs, supplement feeds relating to RA aspects: provide product licenses, internal standard, regulation; compile letter to authorities relating to RA …

- Good IT skills: MS Office, Google Suit; basic use of Adobe Illustrator/ Corel (preferable);
- Skilled in dossier compilation; logical thinking; show drive and results orientation;
- Working place: District 3, Hochiminh City

- University graduation, major in Veterinarian/ Veterinary Medicine/ Pharmacy/ Biotechnology…
- Good to excellent English skills
- Team-work and cross-functional cooperation;
- At least 1-year experiences in similar position in pharmaceutical veterinary companies;
