Remote Senior Accountant (Xero,myob,austrilian Tax)

We are looking for Senior Accountants to join our team to work with The Lyden Group, which is our client in Australia.

They offer Accounting, Business Consulting Services, and Cyber Security Shield from businesses, and SMSF, to professional domain experts.
We are excited to welcome a full-time work-from-home Senior Accountant to join our
team.
Duties will include all facets of public practice accounting. You will be responsible for, or
assisting with, the following tasks:
● Reviewing & preparing and lodging BAS and IAS;
● Reviewing & preparing company, trust, SMSF and individual and tax returns;
● Reviewing & training junior staff work;
● Managing workflow to meet deadlines.
● Attending client meetings, handling phone call and email queries from clients;
● Reviewing & preparing Financial Statements for all entities;
● Liaising with the ATO;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Your Skills and Experiences we expect:
● CA or CPA qualified
● Completed education in accounting
● Experience with Xero, MYOB AO, MYOB AR, MYOB AO Classic, tax preparation
software, Microsoft products
● Experience working on OSR, CAS, Audits
● 5+ year’s experience in a public practice accounting firm
● Experience liaising directly with clients, the ATO
● Familiar with ASIC, ABR and ATO portal
