As a training and development, you&039;ll need to: - Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments - Develop effective induction programmes for new staff - Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees - Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes - Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses -Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research- Team structure : Bên này hoạt động mô hình scrum master.
