Replenishment Analyst

Core Purpose of the Job: Responsible for managing end- to- end replenishment for inventory efficiency (effectiveness of inventory to balance customer demand and inventory).
Areas of Responsibility:

Other adhoc tasks requested by Line Manager.
Be responsible for stock fulfillment for new store openings and store relayouts.
Proactively manage stock gap and forecast errors to identify root cause and find solutions.
Coordinate with Planning and other departments to develop replenishment strategies.
Coordinate and track other relating functions’ execution to meet replenishment requests.
Monitor actual sales performance to plan and communicate as appropriate.
Monitor historical sales, promotion impact and stock pipelining for on- time, in- full replenishment and minimize out- of- stock.
Analyse forecast accuracy, ensuring seasonal forecasts/builds are correctly applied in replenishment model (Including: merchandise strategies and assortment, seasonal/event promotions, never out of stock assortment, store capacity, visual merchandise guidelines).
Maintain database accuracy to ensure the integrity of data used for analysis.
Develop, implement and maintain weekly/ monthly reports to effectively monitor stock status and control stock KPIs.

Good logical reasoning.
Proficient in English (business level).
Understand organizational structure, operating culture, effective work styles, and achieving results in a changing environment.
University graduate.
Advanced Excel and computer skills.
Demonstrated strong ability to manage and analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources and, through effective decision- making and planning, delivers superior business solutions.
