Research Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW:
To assist the Research Manager/ Head of Research to assemble information, maintain databases and draft reports
-Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times
-Update/ improve Real Estate information database and analyze date to provide with the insights that reflecting the current Real Estate market
-Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market.
-Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables.
-Understand expectations of clients and design surveys to meet projects requirement
-Conduct in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods
-Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary
-Lead data research in close cooperation with clients and colleagues to satisfy project requirements
-Write/ develop reports and documents containing actionable recommendations

-Strong understanding of market research and market analysis
-Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position, Financial knowledge is a plus
-Good at analytical and report writing skills
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers.
-Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).
